One week ago I bought a FitBit to start tracking my daily activity a little better and encourage my journey to even better fitness. Previously before, I would work out at lunch – whether high intensity or low intensity – and I would consider that enough to stay in shape. I eventually realized that increase in age requires more than just a good workout regimen. A better diet is required. I began to adjust my diet, and I was able to maintain my weight better, but not see the desired results I was seeking.
After making this realization, and realizing that I should be making 10,000 steps a day, I knew that I wasn’t reaching that goal. After seeing what a FitBit could do via Brooke, I purchased one. Since having it, I’ve made sure to get 10,000 steps in a day, 5 miles a day, 10 flights of stairs…
